“ A cozy tasting room with uber-friendly owners, Jim and Andrea! Wine is exemplary. Try the Red Bench (ask Jim or Andrea about the name ) or the Actuary, named after Jim's dad's chosen occupation. The snack items to enjoy with your wine are a perfect pairing! Look for the hidden images of Heath Ledger in the room as he starred in the movie "10 Things I Hate About You" filmed at Stadium High, not 2 blocks away from the tasting room. ”

“ Dahlman’s is the best and a much appreciated upgrade to the neighborhood. From the moment I walk in, every time, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff are so friendly and kind. It does not feel fake but authentic that they are happy you’re there. Gretchen is especially knowledgeable and makes it clear she is passionate about the wines. And the wines at Dahlman’s are so good! The tasting room itself is cozy and beautifully designed; there is a fireplace for the winter and lovely patio for summer nights. I appreciate how they explain the process behind each wine, and I walked away with a few bottles to enjoy at home.
